Directions to lot: go 7.8 miles on Hwy 530 from downtown Arlington. Left on Hills Road (it is helpful to reset your odometer trip meter and start tracking miles at the turn off of Hwy 530) and go .6 miles to Grant Creek Road (pass the red barn and veer left). At 1.2 miles the pavement ends but you are still on Grant Creek Road. At 1.4 miles you pass a large block wall on your right (keep to the right, signage will read 320 St. NE / 148th Dr. NE). At 1.8 miles keep to the left (there will be a rock pile on your right, and the same signage 320th St. NE & 148th Dr. NE). Go another .1 miles (to mile 1.9) and turn right on 320th St. NE / 148th Dr. NE. Go 1 mile more on this road and you are at the property (total of 2.9 miles).
